The filter equipment on the color separation machine must be drained frequently （at least twice per shift） to prevent various impurities from entering the core parts of the machine, thus damaging the machine and avoiding unnecessary losses.
Check the front and rear mirrors every week for obstacles, soot, etc; You can check the water spray valve to see that the machine is running.
Clean the dust on the brush of the dust remover with a dedusting air gun every week; Check whether the brush operates once a month, whether it is loose and needs to be tightened in time. After a period of use, if the soft and hard bristles of the brush are found to tilt to one side, the brush can be removed and turned up and down to continue to use.
After work, water the air compressor every day to prevent icing.
