How to prolong the service life of automatic sorter?
First of all, the maintenance of automatic sorter can be divided into minor repair and major repair in nature. Minor repair shall be carried out every 2 months, or at least every half a year, mainly to remove the impurities and dust accumulated in the motor, check whether various wiring is in good condition, and check the wear of its accessories. Overhaul is generally carried out once a year, and the automatic sorter needs to be checked for startup and detailed inspection. Check the bearings, replace the accessories, check the solid bolts, replace the lubricating grease, clean the dust, etc. Secondly, pay attention to the daily maintenance details of the automatic sorter.
1. When replacing each accessory, pay attention to the corresponding model, and make sure that the model is consistent.
2. The grease shall be replenished regularly, generally once every two months, but if it is found that the lubrication degree of the automatic sorter parts is not enough and there is abnormal noise, the grease shall be added in time.
3. The power supply of the automatic sorter must be well connected and the voltage must be stable. If the voltage is unstable, shut down the machine for maintenance in time, otherwise the motor will be easily damaged.
4. In case of sticky materials in the sorting line, timely clean the impurities and dust on the automatic sorting machine to avoid affecting the operation of the automatic sorting machine.
5. The automatic separator must work in a ventilated, dry and non corrosive environment to stabilize its service life.
